Feelings begin to blossom between the two, but their lives are soon thrown into turmoil when a series of mysterious and vicious murders send New York City hurtling into a state of paranoia and fear. This will be a somewhat slow burn, with lots of tension, eventual strangers to friends, and friends to lovers with a lot of angst thrown into the mix. Set six months the events of TFATWS.
