In an AU, on the day of the Great Calamity, Mipha put her love for Link and concern for Zelda ahead of Daruk's plan to rush to her Divine Beast. This story about Link's and Mipha's married life together is a direct sequel to the story titled 'A Tale of Two Princesses'. Art is by Nurple(https://twitter.com/nurpleynurple) and used by permission. This is a work of fan fiction using characters and events from the world of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which is owned and copyrighted by Nintendo. I obviously do not claim any ownership of the world or its characters. This writing is a work of my imagination and is for entertainment only. It is not part of the official Nintendo storyline. Spoiler Warning: This story has spoilers if you have not completed the game including the expansion packs. I would like to clarify my approach to managing comments. I welcome all feedback, both positive and negative, as long as it's expressed respectfully. Comments containing offensive language will be removed, as they do not align with the intended tone of my narratives or the expectations of our audience. Constructive criticism and questions about certain choices in the storyline are appreciated and respected. However, I find it tiresome and unproductive when individuals use comments to disparage one plot element after another, chapter by chapter, indicating their fundamental displeasure with many aspects of the story. I hope it's clear these stories are a work of my imagination about hypothetical events in a fictional world. Obviously your vision or interpretation of possible events may differ. To those readers who find so much fault with the stories that they're compelled to deluge us with negative comments, I would politely suggest they move on to stories more to their liking. I have no intention of rewriting mine.
The Fate Of Hyrule by BushGremlin
8 parts Complete Mature
Hyrule is in a deep peril... Although Link had gone back in time to warn the Princess of Hyrule about Ganondorf's true plans and what the future holds, it was not enough. A seven year war waged, the Gerudo-Hylian War, which ended with the Gerudo's success. Ganondorf became the new king of Hyrule, alongside his chosen queen, Zelda. The Hero Of Time ceased to exist after he died amongst the soldiers on the battle field. Those who object his rule are sentenced to a death penalty, and with the world becoming more and more unkind after ten long years, people are starting to lose hope. Even Her Majesty has begun to lose faith, that is until she got a closer look in a mysterious fellow (Oo, sooo mysterious~) named Shylo. She believes, with his help and optimism, they will be able to finally destroy The Demon King, Ganondorf. Unfortunately however, there is no one left to wield the master sword... or is there?... (This takes place after Ocarina Of Time) Warning: If you don't like reading long chapters, this book is not for you. Some chapters, of course, may be shorter than others or maybe even average length, but this book does contain various long chapters. Second Warning (the real warning): I am cynical and cruel (so cynical! So cruel!...). So, while I stray from erotic things, it will include some gore, foul language and vulgar implications, possible suicidal tendencies, domestic violence/abuse, possible child abuse, mania, and overall anything that I feel is necessary to complete a scene. Thanks for reading and Enjoy! :D Chapter One: 8,498 words Chapter Two: 8,854 words Chapter Three: 6,154 words Chapter Four: 4,936 words Chapter Five: 8,653 words Chapter Six: 8,334 words Chapter Seven: 9,115 words Chapter Eight: 5,808words Chapter Nine: Words so far: 60,352 Pages so far:

"Princess!" he yelled after her. "Where are you going?" "Back to the castle," she replied without stopping. "Not by yourself you're not!" "I'm sorry,"-she whipped around-"I didn't realize you were my father?" "Your father, the king, would execute me for letting you travel by yourself." "Oh, so this is about self-preservation?" "Yes. Yours. There are monsters all over Hyrule now, Your Highness." Blue eyes pointedly looked her up and down. "And by the looks of it, you're not equipped to handle that." She mirrored his scrutiny and scoffed. "What, and you are?" She gestured to the cairns beyond the trees. "Are you going to protect me as well as you protected them?" Calamity is upon Hyrule. The Goddess Hylia appointed but two children to prevent the end of the world. The powers they were promised don't come easily, and after years of outright failure, Princess Zelda can't help but wonder if Hylia chose wrong. It certainly doesn't help that the boy fate has tangled her with makes her seethe. Devotion, heartbreak, inadequacy. Faith, perseverance, and courage. This is a story of finding what lies within. [This story is set in a fusion of Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom, with a couple tweaks and some familiar faces'n'places from older games joining along the way!] Thank you for the #1 spot in the Zelda tag! πŸ’— And thank you for #1 in PrincessZelda, LinkxZelda, Zelink, Midna and BreathoftheWild tags!!
