After blacking out when the voice finally got too loud, she wakes up on a dirt road in a land she doesn't recognize. With an uncertain future, she looks to restart her life, not knowing that events beyond her knowledge have already started to move in ways that will force her to fight for things that the fighting pits never could have prepared her for. After all, a battle for love isn't always as direct as that with a sword. Or, maybe it is? TW: People will die, blood will spill, and there may be a little smut (if you're lucky!)
