*Wattpad Featured Story*

A year before MI5 spy Lucas North ends up in Russian prison for 8 years, there is Alexa George, a woman he rescues as a favor to his boss, Harry Pearce. But when Lucas gains his freedom as part of a prisoner exchange, his return to London sets off a series of events that threaten to reveal the truth behind the people who aren't exactly who they appear to be - including Lucas and Alexa.

This story takes place between Season 7, episodes 1 - 2 for Chapter 1 - 2 of the BBC series Spooks/MI5; and between episodes 2 and 3 for the rest of the chapters. All events happen before episode 3 when Ben Kaplan goes undercover for a radical Muslim group. There will be references made to events that do occur towards the end of Season 7.

If you're a fan of Season 1, you'll also discover an old face - Jools Siviter, one of my favorite recurring characters who always kept Harry on his toes! Played to perfection by none other than Hugh Laurie, Siviter is a juicy character indeed!

Just like the series this story is based on (Spooks/MI5) "Broken - MI5/Lucas North" contains scenes that depict violence as well as some mature content. Please take this in consideration before reading.

"We fake date each other for two or three weeks then we have a public breakup." I think he's hit his head one too many times playing football. "Really that's all you could come up with?" He just rolls his eyes. "It's perfect! Stacy will move on because she can't have me." Katie Fleming is your average shy girl and sarcasm is her main language. She has one best friend, well two if you count her best friend's boyfriend. Katie thought her senior year was going to be easy, stay single, aggravate her best friends boyfriend, and try her best to get straight A's in all her classes. Well, that was till her school's star quarterback almost hits her with his car. Wyatt M. Kent is Clearwaters' star quarterback and the most popular boy in school. Ever since he almost hit Katie with his car, he can't stop noticing her. So, to stop the head cheerleader (who absolutely despises Katie,) from constantly flirting with him he proposes the idea of them fake dating. But little did he know getting her to agree might come with a high price. What happens when you can't tell if you're fooling each other, or if the feelings are real? ********************************************** I stand up, not being able to handle this, "You're telling me, we're moving to some hick town in the middle of hell, two months into my senior year of high school?" My voice getting louder, "What kind of nightmare is this? You're joking right?" I stop pacing and turn to my parents. "This is all a joke. Mom would never leave this," I motion around me, "New York, none the less." Mom nods, "We're moving to Eatonton, Georgia and that's final." ********************************************** Trade in your Coach purse for some Mossy Oak, Your BMW for a pickup truck, Your high heels for some cowgirl boots and Your high class man for a good 'ol country boy. Trust me Princess....You'll love it. ********************************************** This book is a walking cliche but I hope you will join me in this wild journey of city meeting country. ********************************************** Inspired by Luke Bryan's song "Move"
