All James Claus wants for Christmas is to make his dad proud. He's tried everything from baking cookies to assembling toys, but no matter what he does he always seems to screw it up somehow. That is until he meets Ruby, the rambunctious granddaughter of the most famous reindeer of all. The pair get along as well as marshmallows and hot chocolate, earning James a job at the reindeer stable.

With the world famous Reindeer Games on the horizon, will James and Ruby score a spot on Santa's sleigh team, or will their dreams melt like snowflakes?

Two people similar in many ways in need of a friend are paired in this cliche game of secret Santa. Where they send letters of advise and maybe even some confessions to one another. Along the way they seem to click with one another without actually knowing who the person behind the pen is. They have 25 days until the games are over and until they get to meet their secret Santa face to face. Not all gifts come in the form of money, makeup or clothes some come in the form of friendships and maybe even love.
