Samara Thornbury knows nothing about her parents. They died when she was hardly old enough to remember them, leaving their lifelong friends Cansu and Sylvie to take her in. Sam was told they died in an accident, but she always felt like there was more to the story.

Sam's suspicions are further confirmed when she befriends Basil Sinkes, the new girl in the neighborhood, and the two of them find a strange spellbook in the woods. It's not long before a spell gone wrong leads to the discovery of a prophecy that has ties to Samara's parents.

Accompanied by Samara's older siblings Peyton and OJ, she and Basil start to uncover more and more not just about the prophecy or Samara's parents, but about Cansu and Sylvie, and Merripen, a demigod of life and death who is out to destroy everything in the universe. But as Samara and her family and friends grow closer to the truth, they realize that Merripen's true intentions aren't as superficial as they thought.

In the first part of a series based on my last work Hidden Mysteries, All That's Hidden is not just a story of magic and mysteries, but of siblings and sense of self.

Are you ready to find all that's hidden?
