BOOK 1 of the Kindred Spirits series

Nyx moved to Unova to get away from everything, from everyone, from their not so great past. As soon as they recovered, they ran for the skies, bringing only their wallet, luggage, and best friends; their pokémon.

Fate's strings have an odd way of working, and they meet someone who they almost completely understand, despite not ever having met them before. Nyx figures they are kindred spirits, but they don't realize that being involved with him will unwillingly drag them into something much much bigger than they could ever imagine. 

The two of them have many secrets, but wether or not they will get tangled in them is the question.
