An AU of PJO that takes place during the events of The Lightning Thief and The Sea of Monsters.
Summary:
Zoe "Wren" Botha has been part of the undecided residents of Cabin 11 for two years. She has no desire to run errands for the gods and is quite comfortable living the rest of her (likely short) life messing around within the magical camp borders.
Unfortunately, that comfortable life has been slowly falling apart ever since her older brother betrayed the camp. Now she's found herself on a quest she never wanted, but with her best friend's life on the line, did she really have a choice?
This is my first creative writing project/fanfic ever, so if you have any advice or constructive criticism please share! Improvement is my 2nd goal, my 1st being to write in an OC that actually adds something to the story.
I'll probably be tweaking the great prophecy for plot reasons but I'll try to make everything I add or take away blend smoothly into the original story. I want to write a story that is more like PJO from the point of view of a new character. So while I'll still be trying to make Wren's presence in the story important by changing some things, she will have her own story and her own lines, not just replacing lines or actions from other characters.
