Years have passed since Cuphead and his brother Mugman were just two kids and Cuphead had owned his soul to the devil for a while. But now with them being two men reaching retirement age, Cuphead now has a granddaughter. You. It's the early 1990s and Cuphead and Mugman are now in their late 60s to early 70s. Sixty years prior to the time they were kids dealing with the devil. What happens when Cuphead gets a visit from the devil himself and the devil wants something else and not his soul?

Now that she is back in the present and has learned about who she really is, she, the cup brothers, the uncle and niece and the henchman are ready to put a stop to Delilah's eternal darkness that's spreading into Inkwell Isles.
