Candela Rubio is a young, happy, lively, and energetic 15 year old. She has only known peace throughout her life, her family was all she had and  she couldn't ask for anything better.

She is stuck between trying to forget her past and move on or getting revenge on her families killers. 

She has to constantly change identity, every where she goes. It goes on for so long that she ultimately forgets who she is, tries to fit into her new environment, leaving her little rich girl life behind and learning to become something she never imagined might be a huge task for her.

After an amulet that dates back over a 1000 years ago is gifted to her in order to save her life as she is on the edge of both worlds, she realizes that she might have a bigger problem than just fitting in and getting revenge.
