It's 1999, where aspiring writer Olivia Adams moves to New York with her boyfriend, Liam Wood. When moving into the new apartment complex she meets Steve Rogers and James 'Bucky' Barnes, the two boys who live together across the hall from Olivia. James and Olivia promise themselves they won't make a move on the other but when they are pushed into a situation where they can't run from their feelings, will they keep that promise?
