The poems contained in this book was written with a lot of heart. The confusion and turmoil expressed in these poems is very real to most people and myself. Life is brutal and we wake here without guidelines so we struggle, a lot more than we need to. It is sad but that is our reality.

This book is full of poems I've written from the heart. I've always wanted to share them-not just to express myself, but to see if others out there might relate. These pieces mean a lot to me, and putting them out into the world wasn't easy. Out of respect for the time, emotion, and effort I poured into this, I kindly ask that no one copies or steals my work.
