One thing that probably goes without saying is that Cersei and Jaime's relationship has ended before Cersei and Vallery's began. The tower sex scene would still have to have happened as for Bran to fall, but that was the last they ever did together. As much is also briefly mentioned in the story, Cersei lost feelings for Jaime even before their relationship was fully over.
