Wanting to get away from the city and the toxic people there. 18-year-old Katsuki leaves the city and moves out into a small cabin out in the woods far from the place he used to call his home.

His peace and quiet doesn't last long as a nearby wolfpack seems to go out of their way to make his nights sleepless with their howling throughout the night.

After coming home from a failed hunting trip, katsuki finds a wolf that got caught in a bear trap but instead of putting the animal down seeing the creature's state causes him to take pity on the wolf and take it in.

unbeknownst to katsuki, He's brought a werewolf into his home.
