Star Guardian: The Lost Commander (Male Reader Insert Story)

In a vast and dark universe, young warriors called Star Guardians are chosen by fate to protect the light of the stars. They are destined to burn bright but collapse as furiously as they shine.

Y/N L/N, the Sixth Commander of the Star Guardians, is one of these warriors. However, the once proud defender of the stars is now nothing more than an empty shell of his former self. Wracked with the guilt of his past failures, he now lives in self-imposed exile on a distant planet as atonement for his sins. Although content with living the rest of his days as a reclusive hermit, destiny has other plans for him when, one day, he finds a group of injured, young Star Guardians at his doorstep.
