Ben travels back into his younger self, but instead of wanting to live and change his future for the better, Ben allows the events unfold as they should. Was it even worth it going up against the commission? 

Or, Ben talks about dying comfortably and his siblings want to know what is happening with him.
Unintentionally, Ben screws up the timeline and he makes some interesting choices.

(Viktor is called Vanya in this fanfic because it's from S1&2 Ben perspective, therefore he doesn't know about Viktor's change from F&gt;M, but they/them pronouns are said in this fic).
