What if there was a moment after Steven's birth where his mother could see him for the first and believed last time? what if instead of proofing to give her son a chance to live, giving up her form and her gem, Rose cried on Steven, colouring him pink and giving him the same abilities as lion? What if she could survive and see her baby grow up, taking her place as Steven's Mother? How would the story play out if... Pink lived?



Steven universe AU! I felt inspired to write something like this so I try doing it! most pictures won't be mine but I'll try to at least make ONE picture for this because. If and when updates will come? I have no Idea. my imagination is big but unpredictable. my time is also a factor to wihch I might not be updating. THIS STORY IS COMPLETED. (yayahhh) Okay, so I'm just... trying to write a fanfiction, okay? About Lapis Lazuli and Peridot and Jasper and... eh... what happened on that big hand-ship before the Crystal Gems crashed it. (This story ends near the end of the episode Jail Break) I'm keeping this child-friendly. None of what I consider cursing is in this book. And it's just friendship. And forgiveness. It might be a bit of a sad story, maybe... but anyway, it's not romantic love-stuff. And there might be a little violence because – y'know – Jasper's in the book. But not too bad. I try to keep the characters, well, in character, but I probably didn't succeed. Includes some of my own theories about Yellow Diamond and Homeworld; not everything in this story is canon. The cover art is by me. The pictures on the separate chapters are screenshots/gifs from the show itself. All characters in this book so far belong to Steven Universe, the TV show.
