Nevermore academy is for different kind of children. They are special and also have special abilities. Diana Loney is a witch and is going there with her younger sister. Her parents also were going there at her age. Diana is a witch, like her father and has visions like her mother. Nevermore academy will open its door for a new student who happened to be Diana's cousin. Wednesday Addams and Diana Loney are cousins but they only see each others when their families are meeting. Wednesday decides to find out who is the monster and she drags her cousin along.
