"best player on the worst team, shame huh?"  
    figure skater adeline monroe turned into one of the best hockey players for her age. but unfortunately for her, she got stuck on the worst team. 
    
    "we're not friends, banks. you're the competition."
    adam banks was a threat to her when he joined her team. she was supposed to be number one, not him.
    
    "you do your thing and i'll do mine, monroe. may the best, be the best."
    but adam was always the best. the best on his old team; best skater, scorer, defensemen. so this wasn't something he was going let  to get in his way.
