One day, Sans fell sick. His sickness came out of nowhere and it cannot be cured no matter how many medicines Gaster gave him. Or, if things spiral out of control, a perfect boyfriend. Gaster really should have considered making Sans' personality not fit so perfectly with Papyrus' before he created him.
