It was another ordinary day for Mirabel Madrigal. She got up, helped get Antonio dressed, and prepared to work herself to the bone and never get any thanks for it. Being the giftless Madrigal Mirabel has learned to run with the punches, but each day it gets harder and harder for her to put a smile on her face. She wants to help so badly, to make her family proud and to finally have some real friends for the first time ever.

So when four of her new friends turn out to be mutant turtle ninjas she supposes beggars can't be choosers.

They have even forgotten everything she has done for them, the only thing they do recall is her bring the magic back. But they don't give her enough credit. The only one who notices the pain Mirabel is in is Casita. Casita is saddened and angry that everyone in the family is ignoring Mirabel, so Casita uses a special magic from the miracle to show the entire family the movie, along with a heartbreaking secret from Mirabel's past. The Madrigal's Casita will give them a proper perspective. I hope... I don't own any of the characters or songs in the story, I only own the idea of the story. The film, the characters and the songs all rightfully belong to Walt Disney. A/N: The first chapter will be told in Mirabel's point of view, the rest will al be in 3rd person point of view.
