Izuku Midoriya loved flowers. Everyone knew that. Izuku Midoriya was also quirkless. His classmates would spend every second possible reminding him of this, telling him how useless he is, how he'll never get anywhere in life, they'd tell him no one loved him.
Everyday without fail, one of Izuku's classmates would place a spider lilly on his desk. In addition to verbally telling him to kill himself, they'd place the lilly there just to remind him how badly they wanted him gone.
