The Rewrite version of "The Judge" from my old account.

It's been months since the Monsters in the Underground broke the barrier. While some live on the surface, most live underground. While the monsters are planning on how to coexist with human, two human, one spirit, two skeleton and a goat live there peacefully, mostly. Apart from the humans and spirit, the other have to wear a disguise.
