{BACKGROUND STORY}

The Roundel War was a mysterious and unexplained War, that started the sinking of USS Enterprise. (CVN-65.) On July 26, 2007 It was rumored to be an open friendly fire that was done on purpose by the JS Souryuu's and its crewmen, who had been blamed later by American Federals. With little information known it went from an investigation, to a big misunderstanding that would change history. On September 15, 2007 the Americans launched an attack on Japan by bombing all of their Ports, damaging majority of their ships. Those that made it out in the bomb run launched an attack on Pearl Harbor, declaring war that started a new dawn of warfare known as "The Roundel War" AKA the Modern Pacific War. Naval Admiral Hiro Hernandez the Former Mercenary of the first war is caught in between once more, involving a plot with many mysteries to uncover. Only to turn the tables putting an end to the war for good. After a close friend of his discovered a third party was secretly behind the scenes.

The arrows were a sign of hope as when exposed to the air, it chose which people to grant powers from. A visual manifestation of life energy to the user. Ordinary people cannot see it, but people who were granted with these powers can see it. It could not be harm by ordinary things, only other special people can hurt it. This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs. Who knows what will happen.

Aside from that though it seemed as if all would go swimmingly for humanity. Until an alien race named the Neuroi appeared. The date is June 9th, 2042. A full month after the surrender of Germania and a week after the Mecklenburg-Vorpommen massacre. As New Canteria was receiving flak from the Organization of Nations, a sudden disturbance was detected by a Canadian satellite as a mysterious black cloud arose from the North Pole. However the Canadian government paid no mind to it. The last mistake they would make as it was them. They struck down on humanity like a thunderbolt in their most vulnerable moments as the North Canadian forces in the area were almost destroyed from the Neuroi attack, driving thousands and eventually millions from their homes in a attempt to escape the Neuroi. However the human race wouldn't go down without a fight. Mobilizing troops freed up from the end of WW3, the ON and a new organization named NORDEN (NHDA) made a successful resistance against the Neuroi and drove them back to the North Pole. However what they found next would have news of it reverberate across the world. A wormhole to a universe still fighting the Neuroi.
