Tatiana Schivoski is the definition of mystery. She wears curiousity, kindness, and a red-lipped smile like Kevlar. She's in Gotham, hoping to do penance for her past by starting over. But the past does not take kindly to being ignored. Tatiana will do everything she can to protect people she doesn't even know, especially as she discovers a deadly New Year surprise with her shadow, the sassy (BRITISH! -Elara) Elara Dover.

Jason Todd is a zombie, back from the dead and ready to fight. Until he sees Curse, the no-nonsense new vigilante in Gotham City, and her wise-cracking apprentice Kitty. She seems to always be ten steps ahead of him, Tim, Damian, and even the big Bat himself, solving cases before the Bats even arrive. Now he is struggling to keep Jason Todd and Red Hood separate when he meets Tatiana, the new Russian housekeeper with a white streak in her hair, who sees all. Can he keep toeing the line as they come closer to New Year and he is thrust straight into the arms of Curse?

Time is slipping through their fingers. The stakes are high. The lives of hundreds of Gothamites. Can Tatiana and Jason sift through the layers upon layers of lies to save them? While keeping their true identities a secret from one another?

Thank you anyway for entrusting me with your short attention span!

The title is temporary, if you have any ideas, don't be afraid to tell me!

I don't own anything that is DC's. Just borrowing it for the time being. I also don't own any art, credit goes to whoever made it.

DC Series Book One "No don't..." But her arms go up and the mesmerizing portals appear. Through the portal closest to them, the boys can see grass and park benches where concrete and pavement should be. She jumps through and as she does, the portal in front of them collapses. Off in the distance, where the park is, Tim can see her running away, dark hair flying in the wind. "Real smooth Drake." Damian says, striding towards me. "Should've asked for her number while you were at it." --- "Phantom? That's the name you're going with?" "It's a hell of a lot cooler than Robin." She snaps back at him. "Robin was not a name that I..." Tim grabs Damian by his cape as he marches toward her. "Be nice to the guests Damian." Alfred says in a tired voice, interrupting Damian's rant. "Bite me." He snarls at Ria. --- Dabria Tran has lived in Gotham City her whole life. First as a nurtured, well looked after baby, then as an orphaned, forgotten child and now as a desperate, impulsive teenager. At the ripe age of eighteen, Ria is on the streets, fending for herself and dealing with powers she can barely control. It is while on patrol that Tim Drake and Damian Wayne spot this camouflaged girl of the night and try to stop her as she breaks into a local convenience store, not to steal the cash but the food. After obsessively tracking her for a week, Tim finally catches up with her, finding her holed up in an abandoned building with another younger girl she is trying to care for. Bruce Wayne doesn't hesitate to take them in, but Ria's mistrust of them leads to tension in the house. Her powers are dangerous, volatile and no matter how hard Tim tries, he can't get her to open up to him. As Ria's shadowed past slowly catches up with her, the Bat Family finally realizes that they have no idea what kind of forces they're dealing with. "That name's familiar, right, Mr. Wayne?" Gotham City's vigilantes find a mysterious young woman in building rubble, unharmed but shaken. No reason for being there, no origin, record or trust, even in the Batfamily. Then she drops a bombshell; she knows who Batman is and she's determined to face him. After outracing death, unprocessed demons of the past and present have caught up. Her refusal to trust anyone brings tension to the Batfamily and envelops the Justice League, exposing her connection to a man whose very moniker makes them wonder if she's trustworthy. Why pursue them, or what chased her to? Walls must crumble on each side to help who she was before emerge--from memories even she's reluctant to acknowledge. She may also just be a kindred spirit; damaged. Dark connections are never evident, and unimaginable worlds exist outside your comfortable cities or worst nightmares... but love, family and loss is universal. Mourning alone, far from home, is where no one deserves to be. *Recommended ages 15+. Based in the 'Wayne Family Adventures' universe (not including chapter 7, that's a joke, non-canon chapter), featuring plots, characters and timeline factors from other DC movies, universes and comics, but some original concepts for certain, small DC characters. (I own nothing, it's fanfic. Cover photo is the Webtoon art with a stock image. All belong to their respective creators/companies.) Strong language, violence and implied sexual or intense situations. Brace yourself; that's the trigger warning. The protagonist is an OG character.

[Completed] In the shadows of Gotham, a new threat rises-one that seeks to destroy not just Batman but everything Bruce Wayne has built. The Collective, a shadowy organization with ties to the League of Assassins, the Court of Owls, and a dark secret facility, is coming for him. But why? As Bruce delves deeper into the mystery, he's forced to confront his past mistakes, his fractured family, and the demons he's tried to bury. When Jason Todd, the Red Hood, returns from the dead, the fractured family is torn apart even further. Resentments surface as Jason struggles with the scars left by his death, his resurrection, and the years of strained silence between him and his former mentor, Batman. Tensions come to a head when Dick Grayson, Jason's older brother, confronts Bruce with the truth: he's been pushing everyone away, believing he can carry the weight of the world on his own. But as the family gathers to unravel the mystery of the Collective, old wounds are reopened, and truths long buried come to light. With the fate of Gotham hanging in the balance, each member of the Bat-family must confront their own demons-especially Bruce, who must face the consequences of his past actions and find a way to rebuild the shattered trust with his sons. Will the Bat-family survive this new threat, or will they be torn apart forever? In a story of redemption, betrayal, and unbreakable bonds, the Bat-family must unite to face their greatest challenge yet. The darkness is closing in, and only together can they defeat it. But first, they'll have to heal the rift within their own hearts. This is a Bat-family and X23 Fanfic that is separate from the other one I wrote, In Our Blood. Book 1 in the series.
