Saro is a Hero who has the power to copy and enhance the powers of other heros and even some monsters.

In a world of Heros and Monsters constant clashing against each other, people start to wonder if such powerful heros should ever be left unchecked. Had they turned against humanity, who's there to stop them? Especially imagining what the world would do if the "Tornado of Terror" went rouge.

As much as the Hero Association admires and trusts in their great heros, they're only human and fear the worst. They needed back up plans. Luck would have it their way hopefully...

"Rebirth", a name registered in the Hero Entrance Exam caught the eyes of the main Executives of the Heros Association but before they could address it, disaster struck yet again.


The Green Esper is very annoyed by this new face. Will this newbie be what it takes to hold the line against the "World Ending" threats ahead? Will he be able to maintain order amongst the S - Class heros who constantly spite at each other?

Between angry parents, crazy teachers, evil siblings, reporting mobs and endless school work, these heroes are at their breaking point. Will the leader have to take control again, or can the heroes handle the job? In a world of masks and capes, who can you trust? Who's really the hero?
