After 3 months of being imprisoned in Princess Peach's Kingdom, Bowser's love for her was growing thin and he wanted out of his confinement. With the help from his henchman, Bowser managed to escape. His plans to rule all the kingdoms with the Super Star failed. It was unfortunate for him but he wasn't the type of bad guy to give up so easily. He wanted revenge against the Mushroom Kingdom and towards Mario and Luigi. 
On Earth, you were the flower shop owner who made a lot of money selling exotic flowers and the most beautiful ones that you owned.
