When Sonic and Shadow started their relationship, Shadow didn't have many tasks to do, letting him stay by Sonic's side. Sonic got really attached to Shadow, but one day Shadow had to leave for a mission that should've lasted a day. Now Sonic looking up at his celling as he begins to cry as Shadow was gone for a few days more  than the mission lasted. (also in the comments if you want a lemons/one shot book please request it.)
