Flame of Recca x Yu Yu Hakusho Crossover: The Saintess

This crossover story is based on the anime versions of Flame of Recca and Yu Yu Hakusho.

Kurei unexpectedly meets Kazumi (or Y/n) and falls in love with her. Embarrassed and unsure of how to act, he turns to his younger brother Recca for help-since Kazumi is Recca and Fuuko's childhood friend. They were separated when Kazumi was 10, and now, six years later, she has returned without ever explaining why she disappeared.

In this universe, Raizen is still alive, and the Three Kings of Makai-Raizen, Yomi, and Mukuro-have made peace. The reason behind their alliance remains a secret, but its effects ripple through both the human and demon worlds.

To fit the story's flow, Yusuke is now 16 years old, and Recca is 15. While Recca is older in canon, this version makes Yusuke the elder of the two.

Kazumi is revealed to be a Saintess-a being chosen by the divine with powerful Holy Magic and the ability to heal, purify, and lift curses. Her existence ties into an ancient secret: Raizen's grandmother was once a priestess turned demon after being cursed by the Goddess of Light. The curse condemned her bloodline to crave human flesh, but a child born from a demon-human union can break it.

Kazumi may be the key to saving more than just one world-and many forces, human and demon alike, are drawn to her fate.
