I love Supernatural, but I also feel like there are a lot of things in the show that they could have done much better. A lot of people they shouldn't have killed, and a lot of plot points they should have spent more time on, so, even though my writing skills are limited, In this story i'm basically gonna be attempting to re-write Supernatural in the way that I would have liked to see it go. Dean is my favorite character and I feel like there were so many interesting and beautiful things about his character that should have been elaborated on a lot more, and i'm also obsessed with angst so this will be as sad as I can possibly make it. Of course some scenes will be the exact same and some will only be slightly different, and the whole main plot will be the same, I'm just going through and fixing all the things that I don't like.

Pls don't be mad at me like I said I love Supernatural it's fantastic there's just certain things I didn't appreciate so don't read this if you don't want to. I'm writing this story for my own mental health after finally watching the finale. Also like I said I am just a little lad with horrid writing skills so please don't judge me, but do give this story a try if it sounds at all interesting. I don't plan on putting in any OC's or anything just the actual characters from the show. I hope you enjoy!


P.S. My life is chaotic and someties I get sad so don't expect a regular update schedule but just know that even if I only update once in a while if i've given up on it I would tell you so pls don't just assume that i've stopped writing it just because I haven't written in a while. Have you watched Supernatural? All of it? Every single episode of the fifteen seasons that they aired on TV? Did you get to the finale after so much time and effort, only to find out that the writer's gave up and decided to end it the most straight-up garbage crap you've ever seen- emphasis on 'straight'? If you've seen it, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, save yourself. As Dean once said, "Must be rough... to believe in something so much and have it disappoint you like that." The goal of this project is to rectify the shitty mistakes that the TV show made - while also adding a tiny splash of self-insert, because really, if I'm going through all this trouble, might as well make it personal. So, sit back, relax, and, in the wise words of Sam, "We've gotta save as many people as we can." If, by any chance, you happen to be associated with the show in any way, here is a Cas quote I find quite appropriate: "You should show me some respect. I dragged you out of hell. I can throw you back in." And, by the way, Jensen (and everyone else, I guess), Destiel is endgame. So, suck it up.

This world is a lot more freaky than we think. There are things watching from every direction possible and countless creatures lurking in the shadows. Some are more harmful than others but they're all unnatural. Some are more well known than others. A good amount of the creatures sound like the main boss of a video game and some have. The whole idea of the supernatural sounds like fairy tales or stuff you'd read about online. But it's all real. And it's up to hunters to stop it. A trio of them take up the task to save the world from them. Together they'll kill any bastard in their way or die trying. A/n: Due to the chapter limit, this book will be season 1-7, since that feels like a nice stop both story wise and season wise. There will be a second book for season 8-15. Not to mention given that this show can get pretty dark, there will be some scenes and language throughout the book that can be triggering so, fair warning, read with caution. Also I will be uploading by season and I have other stories I'm working on so sorry for the long breaks in between uploads. I'll try to not be too long but bear with me, the episodes are very long and I'm going to try to add original chapters/moments throughout the story. Also fair warning I make something about y/n clear about her appearance, mainly just her hair length and height along with a few body features. Reason was because I need to make those things clear with what I envision, ex: I wanted y/n to be the shortest in the main cast but not the shortest in the cast so I made her height roughly 5"7/5"6-ish. Anyway, on with the book.

You grew up to be a hunter despite your fathers wishes for you. Your father, Bobby Singer, hated that you were in this line of work, and he always blamed himself for ridding you of a normal life. It's not like he didn't try to shield you from this life. For the majority of your childhood you weren't aloud to touch weapons or read up on anything supernatural - but his efforts went to waste whenever the Winchesters were over. Growing up an only child with just your father to keep you company could have been boring, but every once in a while one of your dad's old hunting buddies would drop his two sons off at your house. Those weeks and sometimes months when Sam and Dean Winchester lived with you were the best times of your life. The two brothers were your best friends. Dean was the first person to teach you how to shoot, hell he was the first on to teach you most things in this line of work. For a little while you saw them as your brothers, that is, until you and Dean had turned 16 years old. The two of you had celebrated your birthdays together when John (Dean and Sam's dad) dropped them off at your house for nearly six months. During that extended stay you had developed a sort of crush on Dean that you never saw coming. Unfortunately you never were able to explore the possibilities of that relationship as you rarely saw him after those short 6 months. Only every once in a while, then never again after your father had threatened John, cursing him to never show his face around the scrap yard again. He even cocked the shotgun and everything. This story follows along with season 2-6 of supernatural. You are a 26 year old female (the same age as Dean in season 1). I don't own any rights to Supernatural or any of the characters.
