Welcome to the universe in a planet far away from Earth: Kogaea. A young Wolf born into the most precarious pack must overcome his peers to rise to the zenith of his power and claim his rightful place in the universe as the head of an ancient dynasty to become the alpha of his pack. From suckling to a stripling, Kormed Wolfheart, the inheritor of a great destiny, must strive to make the Wheel of Fortune spin in his favor before he succumbs to the demonic forces working against him and his ilk.

For centuries by a sheer miracle, humanity has been aligned together by a great peace. But when new nemeses and gigantic cannibalistic creatures make a resurgence, the fairytales told by children's beds becomes a horrific reality. Bound by a thousand years of petty feuds, the human kingdoms must now must put aside their historic differences for the greater good and preservation of mankind and all of its unlikely humanoid allies or face being squashed and exterminated from existence.

Prince Ghlafferge Sootbeard, a notoriously neutral dwarf of his forefather's mountain halls, Zundrbar, must now set aside his people's neutrality of a millennium when a greater threat looms just on the horizon. Kormed, as the son of the greatest ducal lineage in the Lyare kingdom must now bloom into the man he was meant to be as the future Duke of Wolfrun.

Armed with the will to survive and preservation of humanity, Baron von Strauss must put aside ancient differences between his feuding kinsmen now with the threat of annihilation so great, and must unmask his facade and in doing so reveal his true identity - the single thread capable of keeping the whole human race from disintegrating.

War is coming which hasn't been seen since all the human kingdoms were once city-states bound by the ancient Reman Empire. How will humanity band together to fight back when petty pride and eons of blood feuds threaten to destroy the very fabric of civilization itself?

Through thick and thin the Law shall prevail. A new sense of purpose awaits us, children of light, in the land where it all began. The darkness in which we once cowered in fear, now curbed by the might of our endless light. Come, brothers, come, sisters. Let there be peace among the wicked, just as the Law dictates. Peace and certainty is all that you have ever longed for, little angel. A bright, stable future. A roof without holes above thy head. Acknowledgement and recognition of thy existence, feverish dreams of grandeur. Greed born from yearning, treacherous vines of rapacity taint your innocent soul. You seek a future that does not exist. Let thy fingers hold the fragile line between dream and nightmare. Let thy light navigate the path. Shall thee give in and falter, O' land of old, envelop his body in thy unending flame of chaos. Spit out nothing but an empty husk, the remnants of a smile once so bright. Shall thee prevail, O', Great Kazdel, I ask of you, the impossible - take mercy on the innocent. Don't let the radiance dim and don't let the mind turn bleak. Wake, young traveler. Bid thy farewells and burn thy bridges. It's time to say goodbye, curly head. Cross post from AO3. For a shorter and more on-point description, look no further! I had something silly written up before throwing it out in exchange for that wall of text upstairs. It's a little story "about a young, dumb sankta who's been dealt a bad hand at life, looking for his place in all this mess. The pointless search for a better future leads him far, far away from home, to a country forever ravaged by war and misery - Kazdel, the promised land where devils roam free and peace feels out of place." Anyway, it's quite lengthy, but hopefully enjoyable? Slide a comment if you want, I'll give you a tiny kiss on the forehead. Man, do I love comments. (Lastly, to point out, English is not my native language, but I don't think it'll be much of an issue ;3)

500 years ago, not one soul could find peace from the wars raging between realm's power hungry rulers. To save the realm from complete self-destruction, the Gods made mankind a promise: Whoever can make peace between themselves shall bring about a blessing on the realm for a dozen generations. And so it was. 14 aging Kings of the western coast made peace and formed 3 empires. 11 ambitious Dukes arranged marriages to form 9 new kingdoms. 8 proud Lords of the lake settled their feuds and divided the lakeside. 4 greedy Masters of the mining colonies established the mining confederation. 3 holy Priests united the true worshipers to found a ministry governed state. And so the Gods blessed them, connecting souls across the realm so they may share knowledge, skills and companionship. But a dozen generations have passed and the Blessed have not been seen in decades, becoming nothing more than a story. But the story is not finished yet. To remind the realm of the chaos and destruction birthed by war, the Gods showered the realm with meteors as 8 newborns received the last Blessing of the Lords. As the last children to be touched by the Gods, they will be hunted by those who long for chaos to engulf the realm. They will be tempted to use their shared knowledge for their own gain. But if the realm is to survive, they must use their skills to strengthen each other and end the conflict before it can begin. A naive princess and a vengeful slave. A high-born priestess and an orphaned thief. A reserved hunter and an ambitious acrobat. A noble knight and a crooked smuggler.

<New chapters postponed until I've created a buffer of chapters again. I'll be updating the existing chapters as I refine them.> Supernatural beings of yore had all but disappeared as humanity evolved. Humans weren't the only ones who could adapt, however; most cryptids began to change with the destruction of their habitats, much like other animals adjusting to life in the city. Unlike typical animals, these cryptids gradually took on human traits, losing much of their knowledge and abilities with ancient magics along the way. Magic, the miraculous sway of reality, has now been forgotten by most. With each passing generation, that knowledge strays further from grasp. Now, most of the remaining cryptids rely on human technological advances as they remain hidden in plain sight. While some cryptids strove to survive, others were too prideful to fathom living among humans. These cryptids gradually became extinct, and others were hunted by humans into the cold hands of death. There were a few cryptids who chose to evolve their bodies into human appearances, yet remained isolated to the best of their abilities from society. Werewolves were not these such cryptids, born only through rare births or the equally as rare circumstance that a human is cursed by the chaotic magic that reaches for some sort of hold on the world. Kona is a werewolf in his mid-twenties, and he detests the life he had been thrown in to. While Kona had found asylum in the arms of the Nisus gang, it didn't come without its own trepidations. Still, Kona endeavored, suppressing his depressive mental health with drugs, women, and violence. Life became a blur of routine, until a rumor began to spread throughout Neo Atlas: a ghost was wandering the earth, and it was crossing through this very city. But this was no ghost, despite the way unicorns glowed beneath the moonlight.

[COMPLETED] I was cursed at such a young age, abandoned by my own wolf and the Moon Goddess for something that wasn't in my control. I don't even think having a mate is in the cards for me... ✨🌘✨ I jumped when the final horn sounded, circling the garden before everyone became silent. They all returned to their seats, my father rising from his chair as I stood from my seat along with the other pups. I struggled to breath as we took our position, standing in the centre away from everyone else. My father offered me a reassuring glance though it did nothing to ease my anxiety, all I had to do now was wait. My eyes widened when the moons blue light shined down on me, illuminating my skin as I stared up at the sky in awe. "We thank the moon goddess for the power of her light..." I dropped my gaze back down, my fathers words surrounding us, "...Shall it bathe you and grant you strength, agility, speed like the wolf..." The pups around me began to moan in pain, capturing my attention as I furrowed my brows. Their features were all contorted by an invisible pain that inflicted them but I felt absolutely nothing. My heart raced when their groans of pain became screams but I- I suddenly drop to the ground, a painful throbbing in my head forcing me to the ground. I grip the sides of my head, screaming. I don't know how to explain it but it felt as though my brain was tearing in two, like my head was cracking open. When the pain stopped, I found myself surrounded by wolves, the shifted pups. Looking down at myself, I only see my body, no paws and no fur. I hadn't shifted... ✨🌕✨ Book 2* 'The Wolven King' is the first book and must be read in order to understand this one. ⚠️ WARNING!! This book is mature and should only be read if you are 18+. There are depictions of violence, mature language, sexual behaviour and sexual abuse.

Orcs were a warring race. They were a tough race. They were the kind who thought that a male loving a male was lowering himself and weak. Snow Elves were beautiful with pale skin and silvery hair. They were also arrogant with any race outside their own. While most races were conservative with their lovers. Elves were free about loving, inside their own race but didn't love outside it. What happens when an Orc Warrior falls for an Elven Prince? Excerpt: "Damn Elves. Think their are better than everyone. I could break one in half with two fingers." my brother says. We watched the long procession of them winding through the city. These were ice elves. They were tall, lithe, silver hair and pale skin. Eyes every shade of blue that could exist. Clothes of white that made their skin look shimmery. Unlike my brother I thought they were beautiful. Something that none of my race would like me thinking. Being an Orc I was raised from the time I could walk with a sword in my hand. Our natural desires made us great warriors. I had been a soldier since I was sixteen years old. Orcs weren't known for romantic notions such as beauty, unless it was to describe an ax throw. We ate drank and breathed war. With the race wars centuries past we all mingled freely with each other but there was still those that didn't like each other. My brother was one who thought that humans were decent and Elves were arrogant. Though most any Orc didn't like them because they had a tendency to insult us the first chance they got. "Someday one's going to hear you and going to shove their slim little dagger up your nose." I tell him. He laughs and scratches at his chin.

The Royal kingdom, Mutant kingdom, Hidden kingdom, Spell kingdom, Dimension kingdom, and Rouge kingdom launched themselves into a pit of anger, death, and thirst for victory.
