Viserra Targaryen was born with death. With her birth causing the death of her mother Queen Alicent Viserra has only ever wanted the love and warmth of her family, particularly her brother Aemond. 

Without Alicent there to protect her children, Otto Hightower has free reign over his grandchildren's futures. The plot to usurp Rhaenyra is readily afoot and there aren't many in King's Landing who can prevent it.
