Olivia Morgan, known to her friends as Liv, has worked with her sister Kendall, and her best friend Chase, along with the alien Keeper and caveman Koda, over the past two years to find and protect the existence of the eleven Energems, ancient gemstones with powerful and mysterious properties from the evil Sledge, an intergalactic bounty hunter, and his army of monsters.

When other Energems begin to be found, Liv knows it's time for her to step into the shoes of the Topaz Ranger and protect the world from Sledge and his associates, and though it won't be easy, especially when her relationship with Chase begins to grow, Liv knows that with her team at her side, they're unstoppable.
