The book primarily describes the current state of violence through personality traits (MBTI) in chapters 6, 7, 8, and 9. If you are familiar with MBTI, this will be a suitable book for you. Additionally, after reading the book, you will experience immediate healing and recognition regarding toxic relationships (manipulation and verbal abuse) in chapters 1, 2, 3, and 4. Furthermore, there is a chapter in the middle, which is chapter 5; this is a comprehensive psychological map, and you will be able to grasp the psychology of everyone in your hands! So, would you like to spend about 1-2 hours reading all 9 chapters that Mike has painstakingly researched?
