"You're supposed to be my friend," he'd told Tom. "Stop trying to be my dad."

So why, Sonic wondered, did the thought keep coming back to haunt him? Was it because of all the subtle "parental" quirks that Tom (AND Maddie) kept showing? Like wanting to hug him goodbye before their trip? Or contacting him every few hours to check on him?

He wasn't entirely sure about this strange battle that was raging back and forth in his head. At least, not until he found himself sitting on a beach encouraging the very echidna who had tried to kill him numerous times in the last few days. Encouraging him with the same words he'd heard from Tom.

Those thoughts come back with a solid vengeance when he finds himself facing an early death with those two "best friends" huddled by his side, holding his hands, unable to save him but ensuring that he wouldn't die alone.All Rights Reserved

Corinne Wachowski is an adopted daughter to Tom(Dad) and Maddie(Mom) Wachowki. She has a passion for sketching, and is pretty good at it too. Sometimes she would be sketching in her room on her desk, which would be in front of an open window. She can't help but notice that her papers would go missing for some odd reason. It happened for days now. She then one day heard about an alien called "The Blue Devil." She was with her Dad when Crazy Carl showed them the drawing. Ever since that day, Corinne was curious and started sketching the Blue Devil a lot, trying to imagine what the Blue Devil might look like. She caught a blue blur stealing one of her papers one night, and she was so excited to finally have proof that the Blue Devil is real! She didn't say anything about it, because she knew nobody would believe her. Only Crazy Carl perhaps. She sometimes goes with her Dad to work when she doesn't have school. She is a Senior, so she'll be graduating soon. When the two finally meet the Blue Devil himself one day, Corinne was so full of emotions. Corinne then goes with her Dad and the Blue Devil after getting attacked by Dr. Robotnik. They are now on a mission to go to San Fransisco to retrieve the bag of golden rings Sonic accidentally lost. So I just remembered and rewatched a movie that I literally watched on repeat HUNDREDS of times as a kid. Still knew like 95% of the words and everything. The movie in question is 'Drop Dead Fred'. I related to that movie SO much back then, still do in a way to this day. So. It has now plagued my mind and I had to. This is a story based on the movie: As a child, Sonic was often told to stay quiet, act proper, and to eventually grow to be the kind of man his mother wanted him to be. However... one day, Sonic made a friend named Drop Dead Shadow. A -slightly unhinged- friend that would always help him through the bad times... and replace them with good ones. Unfortunately, Sonic forgot about Drop Dead Shadow after some time. Until events brought him, Amy, Tails, and Rouge to Sonic's childhood home. Also, Sonic will eventually think and act more childlike eventually (kinda). This is the ONLY story I'm going to have with him behaving in such a way so don't ask for another. NOT Sonadow dis time.
