Maddie is currently in Musutafu, Japan, wandering the streets while trying to keep her head down. She's there for only one thing: reconnect with her childhood best friend, Tenko Shimura. However, to her immense shock, there is nothing but an empty hole where the Shimura residence used to be.
Undeterred, she continues searching. Along the way, she has a chance encounter with Izuku Midoriya, a Quirkless boy who was on the run from the facilities and the Quirkless Commission. Her empathy compels her to try to save him. As if that was not enough his mother hated him because of his status of quirklessness. Now in the middle of the game, Izuku made a terrible choice that may cost his live. However what he found himself into was not the infirmary of UA or heaven, no he found himself in the body of his past self in a different world where everything was still open for him. He quickly find out that this was not his past since he now had a loving mother and memories of his past 14 years in a 13 year old body.
