Entering her first train ride, Fioren didn't expect that she would end up in another world.

Being transported to an unknown place is one thing, but being magic-less in a world that runs on it is the last thing Fioren Ver Yuson needs in her life, in addition to an enrollment letter that she shouldn't have gotten in the first place.

She finds herself inside Afortiori Mage Institute, an academy for mages that teaches the Eight Schools of the Occult. Fioren has no choice but to attend classes as a pretend mage while looking for a train that would take her back to her world, but now that she's trying to blend in, what happens when she gets roped up in a conspiracy led by a group hiding in the institute's shadow?
