This foe has history going deep and deep, all the way back to the Primes. They are here to wreck chaos upon the world. To use humanity as slavery. And to accomplish that, they would require power greater than mere technology. Where will they obtain this power? Who will they obtain it from? Who is this foe? Will Cybertron finally be saved? On a planet known as Cybertronians, beings known as Cybertronians, Intelligent robots that could think and feel inhabited the cities. Split into two factions, the Autobots and the Decepticons. And a war between the forces of Good and Evil raged across Cybertron, devastating all in its path, draining the Planet's once-rich sources of energy. Millions of years later, this battle has made its way to the planet, Earth. Where Autobots now protect the species known as Humans from Decepticon tyranny and brutality. The Autobots and the Decepticons have been on the planet known as Earth for nearly 56 years. The fight between them is still going strong, but with some differences. Cybertron was reclaimed by the Autobots and Transformers of both factions now have jobs when not fighting fierce battles. During a battle for the Space Bridge, Megatron clashes with the Darkspark against Optimus Prime's Matrix of Leadership, the opposing artifacts destroy the other, using the knowledge and history of both artifacts creating new matrices. And the Forge Matrix, born from the knowledge and memories of Solus Prime ends up in the hands of Chip, a handicapped boy with a genius brain and a love of all things mechanical, he's been enamored by the Transformers since they arrived on Earth. While the 21st century has seen great advances in technology due to the Transformers, there has also been a rise in criminals using robots and incidents involving bio-monsters, as well as other previously unheard-of disasters. So Chip, using the Forge Matrix, sets out to create the Braves, a group of Transformers born on Earth who fight for Earth's safety while the Autobots and Decepticons fight between each other.

Being in the wrong place at the wrong time seems to be the way for certain humans who run into the autobots while they are fighting the decepticons. For a seemingly lonely, and homeless girl, meeting the autobots is set to change her life forever. However, things are not as easy as the autobots first learn. Especially as they find her to bring her back to the base for safety, it becomes immediately apparent that she is different from humans. And she also poses a danger to the humans they have taken in for safety. However, they learn that she is the way she is because of evil, cruel men who kidnapped her as a toddler and forced her to endure cruel experiments to the point she is no longer considered a human. Especially as she has a side to her that requires her to hunt for a specific food source. And the autobots learn that she has no choice when the beast side of her fails to resist the scent of fresh meat. And unfortunately, it also shows that the girl has zero choice in the matter. Despite that, Jack Darby finds himself in a peculiar position with the girl. Even though he is terrified of her, the girl seems to be intrigued. He does not understand at first, until she eventually explains the possible reason. He finds himself uncertain by the development, but realizes that he might be able to help her. The autobots are now stuck fighting a war with the autobots, and learning of the horror of the girl's past. They search for the people responsible for the illegal experimentation that has caused the girl to lose her identity, and become something people would see as a monster. Worse still, the fate of her own life depends on these people. It becomes obvious when the human part of her slowly begins to disappear, losing control of herself and sense of self, until the autobots figure out how to help her and keeping her away from the monsters who destroyed her. Only not knowing if they could ever fix her without stripping the very human side of her forever.

Alias is an unusual girl. She doesn't remember who she was when she was younger, her first memory was as a 6 year old, stumbling through the woods into an old abandoned barn, wounded and weak. This is where she meets the equally confused Cybertronian, who she named Nickname. As they grow up and learn about the world around them, they realize that the world is a horrible place. And while Nickname has the Decepticons chasing him, Alias has a group of human sized metal warriors that seem endless and relentless chasing her. (Later revealed by Ratchet as power hunters from early Cybertron.) Oh, and did she mention her metal wings? No, oh well... Once they meet the Autobots though, they seem to have found their peace, until they decide to help the Autobots of course. I mean, after Alias tries to kill them. Megatron isn't a very nice fellow per usual, and he had already stumbled upon the bounty hunters chasing Alias and claimed himself their lord and master.

After getting on the nerves of everyone around her, Miko finds herself being isolated from Team Prime, falling into a depressive spiral the more cut off she becomes. Meanwhile, the Decepticons have recently made contact with Shockwave, who was previously assumed dead. With the unholy scientist back within his ranks, Megatron is eager to employ Shockwave's Predacon research to hunt down the remaining Autobots. As the stars align and Breakdown captures Miko while she's away from the sights of Team Prime, Megatron sees a glorious opportunity to use Shockwave's research to both wage psychological warfare on the Autobots, and to turn Miko into his new loyal weapon. Will the Decepticons finally eclipse the Autobots in this war? Will Team Prime be able to save their human friend turned prehistoric Cybertronian? And does Miko even want to be saved? (The timeline is a bit mixed around is that wasn't clear by the way.) (Disclaimer: None of the art belongs to me.
