17 year-old Nia and Davon never got along since 2nd grade. Since their parents are friends, they often saw each other regularly. They both started their senior year at North Star High School. Back in the 2nd grade, Davon would make fun of Nia for having thick thighs. He would say "Ew, Why are your thighs so big?" and made the whole class laugh. Since then, people haven't stopped calling her "chicken thighs". In the 7th grade, it got so bad because one day he was trying to show off in front of his friends and he got icy cold water and poured her newly done hair. It got physical that day and they both ended up running their hands on each other. They both got a week of detention and they both got their phones taken. During that week, their parents made them apologize and made them go to a flower trail and talk it out. At first they were mad about it. But after the 2nd day, they started to warm up and soon Davon started catching feelings for Nia.
