Summary: In attempt to find a non-violent alternative for reducing Hell's overpopulation, the daughter of Lucifer opens a rehabilitation hotel that offers a group of misfit demons a chance at redemption. However, that's easier said than done as almost all of Hell's mocks her for it and Heaven isn't too keen on the ideas of redeeming sinners. Charlie almost gives up hope as almost everyone mocks and berates her for her dreams, including her own father. However, perhaps her dreams of rehabilitating sinners could potentially happen thanks to the appearance of a certain Kamen Rider. One who is a King, an Emperor, and a GOD.
