This story recounts certain events between Avad and Aloy, for those of us who never tire of reading about these two. Some events could have happened in my previous fan fiction, but I chose not to include them so as not to make it too lengthy. You'll also find alternative scenes that could have taken place.

It's highly recommended that you've played the games beforehand to better understand the context, and that you've read my (now completed) fanfic on this game, titled After the War, to gain a clearer perspective on these characters.
