Lillie, she is seven year old girl who was admitted into New York City's orphanage after the girl lost both of her parents due to a house fire incident. She dreams of finding a family that will accept her but no avail, when she however gets found by the Purple Dragons and taken in by them, Kendra uses this as an opportunity. So, she manipulates the child to use her as a extra set of hands to obtain whatever electronic supplies and parts she needs.

One night, the Mad Dogz are out on patrol until they have a run-in with the dragons and encounter the new recruit (Lillie) and grow rather confused but concerned why a child would stick with the Purple jacket wearing punks. Lillie's faith with the dragons begins to waver and strain as she attempts to leave but Kendra will not allow it, she just keeps sending Lillie to different missions to secure parts that they need.

Kendra was a shadow, blocking out and engulfing Lillie's bright shining light. Leaving the poor child in the dark, alone and afraid to leave. So an unlikely ally helps the child escape.

Will four mutant ninja turtles change this little girl's fate and give her a loving family that she had been waiting for so long?
