Ja'lea aka Cookie just arrived home for summer break ready to spend time with family and make money.  But thing is she's 8 months pregnant. The baby's father was fling from college who left her high and dry. Now that's it's summer, Ja'lea is going to have to explain why she isn't returning to college. 


Adding to the stress, Ja'lea's estranged father returns to town wanting a relationship with her but she doesn't know if she should let him in her life or forget him. Hopefully her new neighbor change her mind and help guide her.
