10-year-old Amelia Walsh, better known as Millie, is a strong and dedicated girl. With the lessons she's learnt from her father, Shane, she faces the fall of the apocalypse, alongside her second family. The Grimes. She also faces the struggles of not being able to stand up to her father when it came to doing what was right. As much as Millie loved Shane, it was near impossible to find the right words without making him upset.

After relying on him most of her life, she eventually needs to figure out how to keep going without him.

Being isolated from the rest of the group, in attempts to grieve her father she formed a unique bond with a red neck, Daryl Dixon who seemed to share the same grievances as her. Taking her under his wing, Millie found herself attached to him, and him attached to her.

Will the lessons her father taught her be enough to keep her alive?
