Tommy hasn't always been the best in school, but he tries. Being born in riches and one of the most popular kids in school, to overall having a lot of respect by other students, you think it would've been nice in the Tommy "innit" life. He wants just one thing, it might be small, but it would mean the world to him.
Jack has okay grades and was quite popular. To others around, it seemed like he has an amazing life, living in an okay-spaced house with a younger brother-but it was too empty for his liking. Too empty, with his brother being gone usually. Maybe this year he could find someone (or few) to fill it up with him?
Toby doesn't like school, and he doesn't like home. He's one of the top students in his school, well behaved, doesn't even talk sometimes. So quiet, 'his father raised him well' they'd praise. But he's tired from home, he just wants to get away, go away and never return. Maybe one day he could leave home.
Or, three highschoolers try to make it by the last years of high school together.

Naomi Beaumont was never the picture-perfect daughter-and she's not about to start now. Growing up in a family obsessed with status, tradition, and strategic marriages, Naomi's spent her whole life dodging expectations she never asked for.
So when her dad starts throwing suitors at her like it's the 1800s, she strikes a deal: she'll play nice if he calls off the matchmaking. The catch? She has to keep tabs on Evelyn-her uncle's way-too-composed fiancée... who also happens to be Naomi's new professor.
Simple, right?
Except Evelyn's not what Naomi expected. She's smart, calm under pressure, and somehow always one step ahead. The more time Naomi spends around her, the harder it is to tell who's actually playing who-and why Naomi can't stop thinking about her.
Now stuck between loyalty, a lifetime of rebellion, and a connection she definitely wasn't ready for, Naomi's starting to realize some secrets don't stay hidden for long. And falling for the wrong person? That was never part of the plan.
