After the battle with Adam, Lucifer stayed in the hotel with his daughter. Vox was obsessed with a certain deer demon. During a small visit, the TV gets pulled in and stays at the hotel. 
Jealousy fills him to the brim. Jealous of the King. 
Alastor puts the past passed him, the days with Vox were over for him, and starts a new adventure. 
But Vox doesn't want that. Heh.

Alastor and Lucifer have been together for quite some time now. Enjoying their relationship *mostly* peacefully until now. Charlie wants the staff of the hotel to go on a vacation on a cruise for about a week. Charlie, wanting Alastor to forgive a certain demon, invites Vox on the cruise with them. After defeating Adam, Lucifer can't stop rubbing Alastor's defeat in his face. Their bickering continues as per usual until an important figure shows up, throwing a wrench in things. Lucifer must make a difficult choice, and Alastor can't help but use this opportunity to take the king of Hell down a path of revenge and destruction, only for his plan to blow up epically in his face. *Before ya'll come for me, in this fanfic Alastor is ace not aroace which for this specific version of him, means that he is okay with kissing and cuddling and he likes to bite necks and shoulders (cause cannibal, duh), but anything sexual is OFF THE TABLE.
