Alastor meets a newcomer to the neighborhood. He is intrigued by his new neighbor, Lucifer, and his daughter, Charlie. Charlie, being so young, immediately likes Alastor. The two get along and act like best friends. Lucifer grows a liking to Al. Even if another neighbor tries to ruin everything.
