Years after the events of Over Quartzer, Sougo and-his Wife/Queen-Alpina Tokiwa conceived a son and named him Tenya Tokiwa. An heir who would soon pick up the mantle and become the new Kamen Rider Zi-O and the future King of Time.

This is the tale of how the Prince of Time-Tenya Tokiwa-would embark on a journey to become the next King of Time and succeed his father's legacy and throne. But along the way, he will be faced with many challenges and trials.
