You know you shouldn't stand idly and watch criminals run loose. That's one of the IPC's rules. Get caught lackin' with one, and you'll be thrown in jail. Nobody should ever be hangin' out with barbaric criminals who rebel against the IPC.

But that's what they all say. A question rises to surface: Do bad criminals have any humanity or morality? 

In a time of desperation, you weren't expecting a  criminal to save your life. You still remembered his exact features: cowboy hat, unique eyes, flowing black and white hair, and possessed the body of a cyborg, save for his face.
