This is my twist on Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch- Season 2 Episode 6 Every Day. When both Crowley and Aziraphale refuse to participate, Heaven and Hell punish them with something so awful that the boys wish they had just stayed on their respective sides and followed the Plan.
